Muay Thai Technique & Drill Classes
I don't just teach moves; I teach you to fight. From the first jab to the final clinch, we work on the mechanics that make you a real fighter. No fluff, just pure discipline.
Watch my students work through different drills. We cover everything from landing a solid roundhouse kick on the pads to footwork and defense during light sparring practice.
My training is built on the principle that you push past your limits. Here you see both male and female students applying that mindset in pad work and clinch drills.
I use a combination of drills to build well rounded fighters. This session shows a student working on punching combinations with headgear, immediately followed by intense core conditioning.
I teach young students the fundamentals of power and form. This is a youth trainee learning how to strike a heavy bag correctly while I provide stability and guidance.
Every student has their own fight. I train women to be strong and confident, focusing on proper boxing form and power on the heavy bag to build real-world skill.
About Muay Thai Technique & Drills
Real Muay Thai isn't about looking good, it's about making every limb a weapon. In my sessions, we focus on the repetition of basic striking mechanics, including elbows, knees, and kicks, until they become second nature. You won’t find fancy equipment here, just the heavy bag, focus mitts, and the grind of pad work. It's the only way to build the muscle memory you need when you are actually in a scrap.
The Art of Eight Limbs requires more than just fitness; it requires technical precision. When you join my sessions in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, we break down the fight into manageable parts. We start with the stance and footwork, then move into the rhythm of the strike.
Why Drill Work Matters
Most people think they can fight because they've watched a few videos. You learn quickly that theory is different from reality. My drill sessions focus on:
- Striking Mechanics: Learning the proper way to throw a roundhouse kick or a knee without injuring yourself.
- Pad Work: This is where you learn to land strikes with power and accuracy. It’s not about hitting hard; it’s about hitting clean.
- Controlled Sparring: Once you have the basics, we test them. You wear safety gear, and we practice blocking, slipping, and countering in a safe environment.
Strength and Conditioning
Technique is useless if your body breaks down. I integrate calisthenics and flexibility training into every class to ensure your body is as resilient as your mindset. We use bodyweight movements like push-ups and squats to build practical strength, not gym-model muscles.
Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to refine their form, the approach is the same. You show up, you listen, and you put in the work. The goal is to make your movements instinctive, so when the pressure is on, your body knows exactly what to do.
