I don't just train people, I build champions. Here is one of my students after winning the Gold in the 2024 Bengaluru University Inter-college Boxing Championship.

Instead, we use industrial pull-up bars, tractor tires, and sledgehammers to build durability that translates to real life.

Whether you are stepping into a ring for the first time or just want to lose weight without the boredom of a typical cardio class, our batches keep you engaged. We mix Muay Thai, Boxing, and wrestling drills to keep your heart rate up and your skills sharp. You will likely be tired and you might struggle with the intensity, but you will see the change in your stamina and confidence within weeks.
