About this collection

We do not train for quick aesthetic fixes, but for long-term function. As muscle mass naturally declines after age 30, we use specific, progressive resistance training to maintain bone density and metabolic health. This approach helps you manage perimenopausal or menopausal changes, regain energy levels, and build the physical resilience to handle daily life, from lifting groceries to caring for your family, with ease.

Training for the Reality of Women's Health

Many women believe that household work or morning walks constitute enough activity, but clinical data tells a different story. Muscle mass naturally declines between 3 to 8 percent each decade after 30, a process that accelerates after menopause. This leads to issues like sarcopenia, higher fall risk, and insulin resistance. My training is designed to stop this decline.

My Approach to Your Fitness

  • Functional Strength: We use dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements. My goal is to keep you strong enough to avoid dependency in your later years.
  • Hormonal and Bone Support: Strength training is the single most effective way to improve bone density and manage hormonal fluctuations. We structure your routine to support you through all stages of life, including perimenopause and beyond.
  • Sustainable Nutrition: I do not prescribe expensive, exotic superfoods. We build a 'Ghar-ka-khana' plan based on standard Indian meals. We focus on nutrient-dense staples that support your health without forcing you to cook separate, complicated meals.

How We Work Together

Whether you are a beginner, a busy professional, or a homemaker, I adapt the session to your constraints. If you have joint pain or limited mobility, we prioritize corrective exercises and yoga before moving to heavy lifting.

My sessions are private. If you join online, I watch your form over video to ensure you are safe. If you are in Electronic City, we can train in person at my studio. We are not just burning calories, we are building a body that lasts.
