I use real-time screen sharing and video feedback to correct your form on the spot, so you get the same precision as an in-person session, whether you are in Bengaluru or sitting in your living room across the country.

We use what you have—bodyweight, resistance bands, or basic props—and pair it with a nutrition plan based on regular Indian home cooking.
