- Yoga & Mindfulness: It is not just about flexibility. We use yoga to regulate your nervous system, lower cortisol, and improve posture. This is crucial for managing the stress that keeps your metabolism sluggish.
- Indian Home-Cooked Nutrition: You do not need exotic salads or expensive powders. I teach you how to optimize your existing ghar ka khana—dal, roti, and sabzi—to meet your specific health goals, whether that is weight loss, thyroid management, or diabetes control.
How We Work Together
I offer both online sessions where I watch your form in real-time, and in-person training at my home studio in Jigani or at your place across Bengaluru. There are no pre-recorded videos here. When you train with me, I am watching your movement, correcting your posture, and pushing you to be safer and stronger. We start where you are, we set realistic targets, and we get results that last.
