This is what eating right looks like. It’s not about eating less or starving yourself, it's about enjoying generous, simple, home-cooked meals that are full of flavour and nutrition. This thali, with its balance of rice, dal, and vibrant vegetables, is a perfect example of my food philosophy.

This is my core belief. We don't train for a six-pack; we train for life. We build strength to play with our kids, carry groceries without pain, and stay independent as we grow older. Aesthetics are a happy side effect of being truly healthy and functional.

Thinking of going vegetarian or vegan? It's a great choice, but it needs to be done right. I guide my clients on how to transition safely by first adding new nutrient sources before removing old ones, ensuring your body never feels a deficiency.

It was a joy to speak to the families and young athletes at this community event. I believe that educating kids and parents about healthy fitness and sports habits early on is the key to building a foundation for a long, active life.
