We work with your existing kitchen habits—protein, carbs, and fats—tailored to your goals. You learn how to eat for your body, not just for the scale.
The Training Strategy Whether you are doing my online personal training or group classes, the goal is movement that sustains itself. We focus on form, technique, and progressive overload. If you are training at home, we optimize your space. If you have gym access, we use it to build real strength.
Mindset Over Motivation Motivation fades. Discipline stays. My programs, especially the Transformation Mentorship, are designed to keep you accountable with daily check-ins and strategy pivots. We track weight, but more importantly, we track your energy, recovery, and strength gains.
