You might see advanced flips in the photos, but every single one of those students started exactly where you are. We prioritize steady, safe progression over nailing a complex pose on day one because we know that real strength happens in the moments before you finally get it right.
At our DLF Phase 1 studio, we move away from the idea that fitness has to be a rigid, high-pressure discipline. Aerial yoga is an invitation to play with gravity and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are coming in to decompress your spine after a long work week or looking to build core strength in a way that doesn't feel like a chore, our classes focus on where you are today.
Our sessions typically run for 60 to 75 minutes, and we intentionally keep our batches small (8-10 students). This means you get real guidance, not just a teacher shouting instructions from the front. If you have never touched a hammock, we start with the basics—'ab hum log fabric ko haath mein lete hain' (now we will take the fabric in hand)—ensuring you feel secure before you ever go upside down.
The real magic often happens at the end of class. We finish every session with our signature Cocoon Shavasana, where you are fully wrapped in the silk, allowing your nervous system to reset. We aren't just training for aesthetics. We are training for the feeling of release, the mental clarity that comes from hanging upside down, and the community that cheers for your smallest win.
