Our Signature Flows

This is the heart of our practice. Our signature flows are designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and create a moving meditation. You will see a variety of sequences, from dynamic and energetic flows to slow, mindful movements, all designed to connect your breath to your body.

Inversions & Backbends

Learn to flip your perspective and open your heart. This cluster focuses on two key elements of aerial yoga: inversions, which decompress the spine and improve circulation, and backbends, which increase flexibility and release emotional tension. All poses are taught with a focus on safe alignment and support from the hammock.

Strength, Flips & Drops

Ready to challenge yourself? This cluster showcases the more dynamic and athletic side of our practice. See how we use the hammock to build incredible core strength, learn playful flips, and execute thrilling (and safe) aerial drops. These advanced movements are always taught by certified trainers with a focus on technique and control.
