About Strength, Flips & Drops
You might see aerial flips and think it is all about raw power, but it is actually about trust and core engagement. We teach you how to use the fabric as a stable partner, not just a swing. During these sessions, we focus on safe spotting and technique so that when you finally execute that drop, you feel completely secure rather than fearful.
Aerial yoga is a unique way to build functional fitness. By taking traditional yoga poses and lifting them into a silk hammock, we increase the intensity on your core muscles, shoulders, and grip strength. Our 'Strength, Flips & Drops' sessions are designed for those ready to move past basic foundations and explore the more athletic side of flight.
We start every session with floor warm-ups to prepare your body, then transition to the hammock. You will learn specific wraps for inversions—which help decompress the spine—and eventually, we move to dynamic movements like flips. Safety is our primary concern. We never rush you into a drop without ensuring you have mastered the grip and the brake technique.
We often hear students say they are not strong enough to start. We promise that strength comes with consistency. We are located in DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, and we keep our batches small (8-10 students) so you get the manual spotting needed to nail those tricky inversions. Whether you are here for the core workout or the adrenaline of a successful flip, our goal is for you to leave feeling taller, stronger, and more capable than when you walked in.
