Class Schedule
- Unlimited access to all weekday batches.
- Morning slots: Monday to Friday (approx 10:00 AM).
- Evening slots: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (approx 7:15 PM).
Session Types
- Vinyasa and Hatha Flow for dynamic movement.
- Deep Stretch and Mobility for connective tissue release.
- Breathwork and Mindfulness integration.
Studio Specs
- Small group batches capped at 10 to 15 students.
- Full access to Yoga Wheels, high density blocks, and straps.

Why I Teach Yoga
For me, mat yoga and mindfulness isn't just a class—it's that space where you can be real, messy, and honest with yourself. I built this because I wanted a place where falling and laughing is as welcome as finding balance. Perfection isn’t the point, showing up is. Every breath on the mat is a little step back home to yourself.
What Happens in Class
Each session is a mix of movement, breath, and quiet. We flow through Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow—sometimes slow, sometimes a bit sweaty. Don’t be surprised if I say, “Chalo, ek deep breath lete hain” (Let’s take a deep breath)—I like weaving in a bit of Hindi so everyone stays present.
Some days we hold deep stretches longer to get into those tough-to-reach spots. Yoga wheels, blocks, even the wall—whatever helps you find a new edge safely. I’m all for props.
Class always closes with breathwork and relaxation yoga, where you just let go and let your mind settle. We call it a “work-in,” not just a workout.
Who Shows Up
Beginner friendly yoga class, or if you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll fit right in. Age, flexibility, experience—none of it matters. Just bring yourself (and maybe a water bottle).
