A 'fat to fit' journey includes targeted exercises to burn fat. Mountain climbing is a great high intensity workout I include in transformation plans to reduce belly fat and improve overall stamina.

I am not a coach who sends a plan and disappears; I am right there on the floor with you, spotting your 1RM attempts and correcting your squat depth.

I earned the name 'Heavy Coach' because I push for strength that translates to real-world power. My training protocol for the advanced hypertrophy batches involves:
- Old-School Bodybuilding: Mixing heavy compound lifts with isolation movements.
- Powerlifting Cues: Perfecting the technique for Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
- Hands-on Spotting: I am present to ensure you train to failure safely.
Why Discipline Matters
I don't train people who are looking for shortcuts. My diet plans are home-style but calculated—eggs, chicken, and quantity control on your roti or rice. If you are in Hapur or Ghaziabad and want to see results like the ones in these photos, you need to bring the discipline. I provide the path, but you have to walk it. This is about building champions, not just gym-goers.
