The Mahabali Approach to Powerlifting
I am not here to sell you a quick fix. Powerlifting is a game of patience, discipline, and consistent effort. When you join my coaching, we strip away the fluff. We focus on the big three: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
What my coaching covers:
- Form Correction: I don't stand in a corner. I am the spotter. I watch your spine alignment, your foot placement, and your breathing. If your form breaks, we fix it before adding another plate.
- Sub-Junior to Elite: I coach kids as young as 16 who are already hitting 160kg+ deadlifts, and adults aiming for their first serious total. Age doesn't matter, intent does.
- Volume and Intensity: We use hybrid bodybuilding and powerlifting cues to build both the strength (dola) and the presence (rola). You will learn how to peak for 1RM attempts safely without burning out.
Where We Train
I currently operate out of gyms in the Hapur and Ghaziabad belt. My sessions are high-energy, 90 to 120-minute windows where we leave everything on the platform. If you are willing to put in the work, I am willing to build you.
