I practice what I preach. This is my journey of lifting heavy and staying disciplined, which forms the core of how I train every member of Team Mahabali.

If everyone is against you, you have to make them lose. I bring this fighting spirit to my own training and to my coaching.

Aaj apni hi yaad aa gayi, kitne tagda the main. A look back at my own physique, a reminder of the hard work it takes to build and maintain strength.

I am not a video creator, I am a champion maker. My focus is on real results in the gym, not just on social media.

About My Training & Motivation

I do not just watch from the sidelines. Whether I am spotting a heavy squat or correcting a deadlift, I am right there in the gym with you. My training style is hands on because when you are lifting heavy, the difference between a personal record and an injury is often one small, immediate correction from your coach.

For me, fitness is not about creating content for likes. It is about the grind, the sweat, and the progress made under the bar. My motivation comes from my Guruji, Naresh Sager, and the discipline I instill in my own routine, which I then teach to my clients.

When you see these photos, you are seeing the reality of my training—heavy, intense, and focused. I operate as a 'Heavy Coach' because strength is the foundation of any transformation. If you are looking for soft, slow workouts, you are in the wrong place.

I offer specialized coaching for individuals in Hapur and the Noida belt who are serious about their goals.
