  • Hands-On Spotting: As the 'Heavy Coach', I don't sit in the corner watching you from a distance. I am right there, spotting your 1RM attempts and correcting your reps as they happen. If your form breaks, I fix it before injury happens.
  • Real Structure: We follow a disciplined protocol. For my muscle-building clients, this means 90 to 120-minute sessions mixing old-school bodybuilding with powerlifting cues. For fat loss, we use HIIT and circuit training to spike metabolism.
