About Flexibility & Deep Stretches

In my classes, we don't force your body into a pose. We use simple props like cotton straps and foam blocks to bridge the gap between where your body is today and where you want it to be. This approach ensures you feel a deep, effective stretch in your hamstrings and spine without the risk of strain. It is a 'work-in' where we go slow, focusing on alignment first, so you can build real mobility instead of just imitating a shape.
