About Performing Arts Classes & Workshops
Where Arts Converge
I’m part of Lilanoor, a spot where cultures and ideas meet - a proper sangam. My classes aren’t just about ticking boxes, they’re about helping you find your own creative voice, whether it’s through music, movement, or theatre. You’ll hear me mix Hindi, French, and English sometimes - it’s how we roll here.
What You’ll Find Here
- Music: I teach everything from Hindustani raag basics (khayal, qawwali, thumri) to Western styles like jazz and blues. You can pick up guitar (any style, even ukulele), piano, or drums. If you’re into songwriting or just want to mess around with DAWs, I’ve got sessions for that too.
- Vocal Ensemble Workshops: Join our vocal circle – not a stiff choir, just folks coming together for melody and harmony. No auditions, just come sing.
- Dance & Movement: Dive into classical Indian dance lessons (Kathak from Lucknow gharana) or try contemporary movement classes that blend in yoga and Kalaripayattu. These sessions focus on improvisation and getting comfy with your body.
- Theatre & Special Workshops: Sometimes we run short, intensive workshops - clowning, theatre games, bamboo music, you name it. Always something new popping up.
The People Behind It
You learn from artists who actually perform - folks with PhDs, indie musicians, fusion band drummers, and international dancers. We keep it flexible: solo lessons, group classes, or deep-dive workshops, scheduled to suit you.
If you want a creative space that feels like home, Lilanoor’s got your back. No pressure, no drama, just art.

My Story
Namaste! We’re Lilanoor, kinda like a big family of artists from India and France. Our name mixes ‘Lila’ (play) and ‘Noor’ (light)—that’s us, always experimenting and blending music, dance, and theatre. Some days, you’ll catch us jamming Hindustani-Western fusion tunes, other days it’s Beatles or madrigals. Our Delhi adda is more than a school; it’s where artists, students, and dreamers hang out, find their voice, and just be. We love keeping the space buzzing—every day’s a new vibe.
