About this collection
Whether it is our signature Dum-cooked Paneer Biryani or the unique Jackfruit Biryani, we prioritize the integrity of the grain. We use long-grain Basmati rice, soaked and steamed to ensure each kernel stays separate and absorbs the layered spices without becoming mushy. Every pot is sealed to lock in the aroma—a technique we have refined over four decades of catering events across Hyderabad and beyond.

The Art of the Dum We do not believe in shortcuts. For our biryanis, the rice is partially cooked before being layered with our house-made spice blends, fresh vegetables, and, depending on the dish, marinated paneer or tender jackfruit. We then seal the vessel to cook in its own steam, ensuring the flavors permeate the grain completely. This is the traditional 'Dum' method, which we have mastered to serve everything from intimate family gatherings to large-scale wedding feasts.
