About Signature Non-Veg Dishes

When we say our biryani is authentic Bangalore style, we mean it. We use the traditional dum process, layering fragrant basmati rice over slow-cooked meat masala in brass vessels. This isn't mass-produced food, it's a labor of love that needs time, which is why we ask for three days' notice to get everything perfect for your guests.
