About Our Famous Biryani & Main Courses
We do not just cook on gas; our signature biryani is prepared over a wood fire. This method gives the rice a distinct, smoky depth that you simply cannot get with modern burners. For your order, we handle the entire setup, whether it is a small 3kg delivery for a house party or a full-scale feast for a 200-person wedding.
We have learned over the last few decades that a truly great biryani requires patience, quality meat, and the right heat. That is why we stick to traditional wood-fire cooking for our dum biryani, ensuring the rice remains fluffy and the meat tender. We serve both mutton and chicken, always paired with our signature brinjal curry and raita to balance the spices.

We keep things straightforward. If you need food for a small group, we handle orders as small as 3kg if you tell us 24 hours ahead. For larger events, our team arrives early to manage the buffet counters, chafing dishes, and service staff, ensuring your guests are well-fed. We also offer a traditional Dastarkhwan service if you want that royal, communal dining vibe where food is shared at the center of the celebration.
