Behind the Scenes of My Yoga Practice

Yoga is not just the time spent on a mat, but a continuous journey. Here is a glimpse into my work behind the scenes, from professional shoots to the everyday movements that define my teaching.

A behind-the-scenes look at a recent shoot. Whether I am in front of a camera or in my studio, the message is the same: change the world, one breath at a time. This video shows me moving through various poses, from seated meditation to standing postures.

Getting ready for a professional shoot. From the green screen to the studio setup, a lot goes into creating content. Here I am reviewing my notes and preparing to share my passion for wellness and yoga with a wider audience.

About this collection

Whether I am in front of a camera or in my studio, the intention remains the same. These professional shoots are moments where I pause to capture the essence of my movement. Even when the lights are bright, the goal is to find the same focus and breath I bring to every group class I teach in DLF Phase 4.

People often ask if professional shoots change the way I approach yoga. My answer is always no. Yoga is about 'Tapas', the inner fire of discipline. Whether I am preparing for a shoot or guiding a class of eight, the requirement to be present is identical.

These moments are just extensions of my 'antargyan' or inner wisdom. I do not perform for the camera. Instead, I use these shoots to share the reality of the practice with a wider audience. It is about showing that yoga is for every body, whether you are a beginner looking to understand your breath or someone trying to build consistent core strength.

My studio is not a gym. You will not find loud music or complex machinery here. We use simple tools like the Magic Circle, resistance bands, and light weights to support your body while you find your own alignment. If you are interested in joining a session, remember that my group batches are kept small to ensure everyone gets proper attention and form correction.

I am Komal, and I run my studio as a space for people to find stillness, not just exercise. I believe in showing up, even when it is hard, because that is where real change begins. If you are looking for a practice that goes beyond the mat, you have found the right place.
