True strength originates from your center. These mat Pilates sequences are focused on activating and strengthening the deep muscles of your core and glutes, which I call the body's powerhouse. My Practice: Poses, Props & Philosophy
My personal practice is the foundation of my teaching, blending the discipline of Pilates with the spirit of yoga. This is a glimpse into the movements and tools I use to cultivate strength and stillness, from dynamic flows with the yoga wheel to focused work with resistance bands and weights. It is a continuous exploration of 'Sthira Sukham Asanam', finding steadiness and comfort in every posture.
