About The Space: Our Facility
We believe in serious gear without the pretension. You will find competition-grade SANGUINE rigs and a full-size boxing ring, but you will also find clean showers and a coffee spot where people actually talk to each other. It is a space where you can execute a heavy lifting program, get a sweat on in a boxing class, or just hit the functional turf without waiting for equipment.
Designed for Performance
At our Udyog Vihar studio, the floor plan is dedicated to movement. We moved away from the standard rows of stationary machines to focus on functional strength. You get full access to SANGUINE squat racks, Olympic lifting platforms, and a dedicated functional turf for sled pushes and dynamic drills. If you are training for a HYROX event or marathon, this is the environment you need to prepare.
Amenities That Matter
We know that the gym experience does not stop at the last rep. Our locker rooms are industrial-chic and designed for privacy and comfort, with high-quality shower facilities provided. When you are done training, the Pero cafe lounge is where the community connects. It is where you grab a coffee, catch up with your training partners, and actually recover instead of rushing out the door.
A Community, Not Just a Gym
Knox is defined by the energy. While our open gym hours allow for focused solo training, the studio comes alive during group classes in The Lab. Whether it is boxing, animal flow, or strength sessions, we keep the vibe high but the goals serious. We have created a space that stays clean, remains dog-friendly, and attracts people who are tired of generic fitness centers.
