About The Crew: Vibe & Community
You will notice pretty quickly that Knox isn't a 'headphones on, eyes down' kind of gym. People actually hang out here after their sessions, grab an espresso at Pero, or catch up with the crew. If you want a space where the training is serious but the atmosphere is genuinely welcoming and occasionally full of dogs, this is it.
We started Knox because we were tired of sterile, cookie-cutter gyms in the NCR that felt more like warehouses than training spaces. Here in Udyog Vihar, we built something different. It is not just about the SANGUINE racks or the boxing ring; it is about the culture.
Why the Vibe Matters
Fitness is hard work. If you dread walking through the door, you won't stay consistent. Our community is built on the idea that training should be the best part of your day. You will find competitive athletes training alongside beginners, and everyone gets the same high-fives.
The Post-Workout Ritual
Most gyms want you in and out. At Knox, we have Pero—our in-house cafe. It is common to finish a heavy squat session, grab a coffee, and end up chatting for another hour. It is a genuine social hub where members connect, plan for marathons, or just decompress.

- Dog Friendly: Yes, the dogs are part of the team. If you are comfortable with pets, you will love it here.
- Open Gym Culture: We provide premium equipment for those who have their own plans, but we are always around to spot you or offer a cue if you need it.
