Kids Boxing and Fitness Classes
We mix boxing basics with high-energy games to build strength, coordination, and confidence. It’s not just about the workout; it’s about moving better and having fun.
Learning to box is about more than just punching. It's about discipline, footwork, and having fun. Here, I'm working with our youngest members on basic movements and reaction drills with boxing gloves.
Our boxing ring is a versatile space for all kinds of movement. This video shows a group of kids playing games, practicing stretches, and learning basic boxing stances in a supervised and energetic environment.
This is what a successful kids session looks like. After running drills and playing games, the kids still have energy, but the coach is wiped out. It's all part of the fun.
About Boxing, Games, and High Fives
Our sessions run in small cohorts of 6 to 8, which means every kid gets actual attention from our coaches rather than following a generic drill. We prioritize safe mechanics and reaction games over heavy lifting, using boxing basics to teach focus and coordination while keeping the vibe light and high-energy.
At Knox, we believe movement should be something kids look forward to, not a chore. We aren't training professional fighters here. Our sessions are built around athletic development, using boxing pads, agility ladders, and reaction drills to help kids become more aware of their bodies.
We operate out of our Udyog Vihar studio in Gurugram, a space designed for safety with specialized rubber flooring and industrial aesthetics. Every session is led by our coaches, including Laxman, who specialize in making movement feel like play.
What we focus on:
- Coordination & Agility: We use speed ropes, cones, and agility ladders to get them moving quickly and thinking on their feet.
- Boxing Basics: Using youth-sized gloves and focus pads, we teach the fundamentals of stance and striking, which builds massive confidence and hand-eye coordination.
- Safe Strength: We use kid-appropriate weights, like hex bars and dumbbells, to build a foundation for lifelong fitness without risking injury.
- The 'High-Five' Culture: Every session is designed to end with a fun finisher, ensuring kids leave sweaty, smiling, and ready for the next one.
Whether your child is looking to prep for school sports or just needs a place to burn off energy in a positive environment, our Small Group Athletic Squads provide the structure and the community to make it happen.
