Youth Agility, Speed, and Athletic Training
We don’t do boring drills. We turn speed, agility, and mobility into games that kids actually want to play, building strong habits that last a lifetime.
A complete workout includes agility, strength, and flexibility. This clip shows one of our youngest members moving through cone drills, holding a plank, hanging from the rings, and finishing with a good stretch.
This action shot captures the focus and fun of our outdoor agility drills. Using simple tools like cones, we create challenging courses that improve a child's speed, balance, and ability to change direction quickly.
Jump rope is a classic for a reason. It's a fantastic tool for improving cardiovascular health, coordination, and footwork, all while being a fun warm-up or part of a circuit.
The rowing machine offers a great full-body, low-impact workout. We teach kids the proper technique to build both endurance and strength, setting them up for success in all kinds of athletic activities.
About Agility, Speed, and Play
Our sessions are built on the idea that if a kid is having fun, they are engaged. We use agility ladders, reaction balls, and obstacle courses to turn standard speed training into active play, making sure every child in our Udyog Vihar studio leaves the gym sweaty and smiling.
Why Our Approach Sticks
Most youth fitness programs focus on repetitive movements that quickly become a chore. We do the opposite. At Knox, we combine functional movement with elements of play to develop athleticism, coordination, and confidence. Our focus isn't just on the activity itself, but on building a foundation of strength that supports them through every growth spurt.
The Setup
We train in a premium, climate-controlled studio in Udyog Vihar designed for safety and impact absorption. We keep our cohort sizes small—capped at 6 to 8 kids—so our coaches can provide real-time form correction. Whether it's using youth-appropriate Hex bars for safe deadlifting mechanics or adjusting Concept2 RowErgs for smaller frames, we ensure the equipment fits the student, not the other way around.
What We Cover
- Athletic Foundation: Agility drills with ladders, cones, and speed ropes to improve footwork and reaction time.
- Strength Basics: Supervised introduction to weights like kettlebells and rubber-coated dumbbells to build baseline power.
- Mobility & Health: Bodyweight basics and functional drills to improve posture and general body awareness.
- Mentorship: We aren't here just to count reps. We are here to build habits, celebrate small wins, and create an environment where every kid feels like an athlete.
