Shadow boxing is where you build your muscle memory. You will spend time in front of the mirrors, learning to visualize an opponent, fix your footwork, and perfect your combinations. It is not showy. It is methodical work that ensures you don't drop your guard when you get tired.
On the heavy bags, you build endurance and impact. This is not a place for light tapping. We use heavy bags to develop the power behind your hooks, crosses, and kicks. I will be there to push you, counting your reps and ensuring you do not quit before the set is done.
