In my personal training sessions, I focus on your technique. Here, we are doing mitt work to sharpen reflexes, improve accuracy, and build powerful boxing combinations.
The body shows the results of the work you put in. This is the outcome of dedication and surviving the toughest training sessions alone.
It all starts with footwork and stamina. Here, a client builds endurance and agility with jump rope drills, a fundamental part of boxing and MMA conditioning.
You don't need a gym to get a real workout. This is a client giving feedback after a tough online personal training session. I make sure you sweat and feel the burn, even through a screen.
About Featured
We don't do 'easy' here. The equipment you see—tires and bags—is for functional strength, not show. If you are coming to our Gaur City facility for a session, remember to bring your own hand wraps and gloves, because we focus on the training, not the frills.
Our Training Philosophy
Life is a fight. Whether you are here for fitness or to learn how to defend yourself, you have to earn every win. We don't use machines that isolate muscles because that doesn't prepare you for real-world movement. We use tires, monkey bars, and heavy bags to build functional, raw strength.
What We Teach
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): Striking, grappling, and cage smarts. Everything you need to survive.
- Boxing & Kickboxing: We teach you fast hands, slick defense, and how to land kicks that leave a mark.
- Functional Conditioning: This is the base of everything. If your stamina fails, your technique fails. Expect drills that push your cardio to the limit.
Logistics & Facility
- Where: We are based in Gaur City, Greater Noida. The floor is fully matted with high-impact EVA foam to keep you safe during grappling drills.
- Group Classes: High-energy, loud music, and a team that pushes you to work harder.
- Personal Training: If you want 100% attention, I provide direct coaching with micro-adjustments to your stance and form.
- Online Sessions: If you cannot make it to the gym, we will train over a call. I will watch your form and make sure you sweat just as much as you would in the gym.
