About this collection

Our Sheermal Naan and garlic bread are crafted specifically to soak up every drop of our signature gravies, like Pepper Chicken or Sirkae ka Gosht. We bake these daily in-house for every order, which is why we require a 24-hour notice—we simply do not do pre-made, store-bought loaves.

A good meal at a daawat is defined by the balance between the curry and the bread. If the bread is too dense or mass-produced, it ruins the experience. We stick to traditional recipes for our Sheermal, keeping it soft and slightly sweet, which contrasts perfectly with our spicy mutton and chicken curries. For those who want something different, our garlic bread is a crowd-pleaser that works well for casual get-togethers or high-tea events.

Because we handle everything in-house in our Frazer Town kitchen, we control the proofing and baking time, ensuring everything arrives fresh. This approach means we are not a high-volume bakery, but we are the right choice if you want food that feels home-cooked and authentic. Please plan your order at least 24 hours in advance so we can reserve the oven space for your batch.
