On the left, you see my popular Methi Thepla, and on the right, a stack of soft, homemade Wheat Phulka Rotis. I make these fresh daily to go with any sabji or dal.

About Fresh Indian Breads
I do not keep any stock of ready-to-eat breads. When you place an order for Theplas or Rotlas, I start the preparation only after you book, using fresh ingredients like hand-picked methi leaves. Because of this, please plan your order at least a day in advance so I have enough time to prepare your food fresh for delivery.
When you order, you are not getting mass-produced items sitting in cold storage. I make every batch specifically for you, starting with quality flour and fresh produce. Whether you need soft Phulka Rotis for your daily lunch or a bulk order of Methi Theplas for a trip, everything is made from scratch in my HSR Layout kitchen.
My range covers everything from traditional wheat Phulkas to gluten-free Makai Rotlas and healthy Multigrain Theplas. If you have specific dietary needs, such as Jain-friendly preparations or a preference for less spice, just let me know when you book.
I offer three distinct ways to get your breads:
- Daily/Monthly Tiffin: Consistent, fresh flatbreads delivered as part of your meal plan.
- Party Catering: Large quantities of Theplas, Rotlas, or Parathas for family gatherings or events.
