On the left, you see my popular Methi Thepla, and on the right, a stack of soft, homemade Wheat Phulka Rotis. I make these fresh daily to go with any sabji or dal.

A soft Makai Rotla (maize flour flatbread) topped with a dollop of butter. This gluten-free bread is a healthy and traditional choice, especially popular in the winter.

My homemade Aloo Paratha, stuffed with a spiced potato filling and cooked until golden. I serve it with your choice of chutney, curd, or butter for a filling meal.

About Fresh Indian Breads

I do not keep any stock of ready-to-eat breads. When you place an order for Theplas or Rotlas, I start the preparation only after you book, using fresh ingredients like hand-picked methi leaves. Because of this, please plan your order at least a day in advance so I have enough time to prepare your food fresh for delivery.
