Everything you see here is prepared fresh to order, which is why we require a 24-hour lead time on all bookings. Because we cook our signature biryani over an open firewood flame, the flavour profile is distinct from what you might find in a commercial kitchen. Since we operate on a pickup-only basis from our Frazer Town kitchen, we recommend arranging your transport in advance to keep the food warm for your guests.
