From slow-cooked firewood biryani to rich, aromatic curries, our main courses are built on decades of Kutchi Memon family recipes.

A large pot of our authentic Muslim-style Chicken Biryani, cooked over firewood. You can see the distinct layers of saffron-infused rice and masala, a hallmark of the traditional dum cooking method.

Our Pepper Chicken Gravy, a rich and aromatic dish made from scratch for every order. The freshly ground pepper gives it a unique heat that pairs wonderfully with our soft, homemade sheermal naan.

A convenient takeaway meal pack featuring our Chicken Biryani. It comes complete with sides of salan (gravy) and raita, making it a perfect single-portion meal for a quick, delicious lunch.

About Signature Main Courses

Everything you see here is cooked the traditional way, over actual firewood. Because we prepare these main courses from scratch for each order, I need you to book at least 24 hours in advance. We do not do pre-made bulk batches; every biryani pot and curry is prepared specifically for your event to ensure the flavor is as rich as what I grew up eating.
