About this collection
Everything you see here is cooked the traditional way, over actual firewood. Because we prepare these main courses from scratch for each order, I need you to book at least 24 hours in advance. We do not do pre-made bulk batches; every biryani pot and curry is prepared specifically for your event to ensure the flavor is as rich as what I grew up eating.
Authentic Kutchi Memon Flavours
My cooking is less about a recipe book and more about keeping our family traditions alive. When we talk about our 'Signature Main Courses,' we are talking about the soul of a meal. My mother Anisa started this kitchen in 1984, and we still use the same techniques today—most importantly, slow-cooking our Biryani over real firewood. This method imparts a smokiness and depth of flavour that gas stoves just cannot replicate.

Our focus is on authentic Muslim celebratory dishes that feel like home.
- Signature Biryani: Our yakhni-based Kutchi Memon Biryani is the star. It has a high meat-to-rice ratio, meaning every bite is substantial.
- Traditional Gravies: From Pepper Chicken to Mutton Korma, our curries are made to order. You can ask for them to be customised to your preferred spice level, and they pair perfectly with our soft, homemade sheermal naan.
- Vegetarian & Speciality: We also handle Kutchi Memon vegetable dishes and traditional sides, perfect for Mehandi functions or family lunches.
Practical Details for Your Order
- Lead Time: Because everything is made fresh, please reach out at least 24 hours before your event. We are a small kitchen and need this time to source fresh ingredients and prepare the firewood.
- Pickup: We operate out of Frazer Town, Bengaluru. All our main courses are available for pickup. We do not offer delivery, but we ensure the packaging is secure for transport.
- Portioning: These dishes are best for groups. Whether you need a feast for a family gathering or a corporate lunch, we scale our cooking to match the size of your group.
