These aren't studio photos. What you see here is exactly what we pack up—from trays of warm Warkhi samosas to full festive spreads delivered to venues like Prestige Golfshire. We focus on the flavour first, and that is what lands on your table.
When you look through these images, you are seeing the result of recipes passed down since 1984. We do not do buffet setups or complicated service; we are a drop-off kitchen. This means we focus our energy on getting the food to you fresh, hot, and full of the traditional spices that make Kutchi Memon cuisine special.
Whether you need a full spread for a Mehandi function or a few boxes of snacks for an office event in Bengaluru, our process is straightforward. Everything is cooked to order in our Frazer Town kitchen. Because we use traditional firewood and slow-cooking methods for our signature biryanis and gravies, we cannot rush the process. That is why we ask for at least 24 hours notice for all orders.
From our crispy chicken sliders to our rich Matka Firni, these photos represent the range of what we can do.
