Handmade Rotis and Parathas
Tired of store-bought, rubbery rotis? I hand-roll every chapati and paratha in my kitchen using fresh, wholesome ingredients, ensuring they reach your table soft, warm, and just like home.
Tired of plain rotis? I offer a variety of parathas, including masaledar Aloo Parathas, green Palak Parathas, and beautiful pink Beetroot Parathas, adding both taste and nutrition to your meal.
How about some vibrant Beetroot Parathas with a side of dal? This was a mini dinner I packed for a customer, a perfect example of a light yet colorful and healthy meal.
Simple, soft, and wholesome whole wheat chapatis, made fresh every day. They are the perfect canvas for scooping up my delicious curries and sabzis.
A stack of freshly made chapatis, ready to be packed. I ensure they are soft and stay that way until you are ready to eat your meal.
About this collection
I roll every single roti and paratha by hand, just like my mother taught me. Because I avoid industrial presses, the texture stays soft and pliable, meaning your bread arrives at your door just as fresh as if it came right off my own tava.
Whether you are looking for simple, everyday whole wheat phulkas or something more flavourful, my kitchen in GM Palya focuses on getting the basics right. My standard chapatis are made with high-quality whole wheat flour, ensuring they are light and easy to digest.
For those who want a bit more nutrition in their daily diet, I prepare a variety of stuffed and veggie-infused parathas. My palak parathas are rich in greens, while the beetroot parathas add a subtle sweetness and a vibrant pop of colour that makes eating vegetables much more exciting.
If you are ordering for a tiffin subscription or a party in Bangalore, consistency is my priority. Each paratha—whether it is an aloo-stuffed classic or a nutrient-dense beetroot option—is cooked with minimal oil on a hot griddle. I avoid preservatives entirely, so you are only getting fresh, wholesome food. Since these are handmade to order, they retain that authentic ghar ka khana (home-style food) quality that is often missing from larger, commercial tiffin services. If you have specific dietary preferences or need a custom menu for an upcoming event, just send me a message and we can work out a plan.
