Fitness is not a subscription you carry forward. It is about commitment. See how my wrestling roots and discipline shape the way I train my clients today.

Wrestling is in my blood. Though I no longer compete, the lessons and drills from the ring are a core part of who I am and how I train myself and my clients.

My wrestling roots are always with me. Drills like this build incredible body awareness, agility, and functional strength that you can't get from weights alone.

This is the Sapate, or Indian push-up, a traditional wrestling exercise. It's a full-body movement that builds serious stamina and strength in the shoulders, core, and legs.

This workout combines weighted single-leg raises and step-ups to build unilateral strength and balance. Training one leg at a time is key to exposing weaknesses and becoming a complete athlete.

When the goal is getting lean, the focus shifts to speed and explosive power. This plyometric circuit is all about agility and feeling light on your feet.

My goal is to be as mighty as an elephant yet as swift as a cheetah. True fitness is the balance of raw strength and dynamic speed.

This is my life: balancing the hustle of running a business with the muscle of my own training. I am committed to the journey and to pushing forward every single day.

This is the reality of being a dedicated coach. 99% of my time is spent in the gym, focused on training, learning, and helping my clients achieve their goals.

About Practice What I Preach: My Fitness Journey

I don’t just teach theory. When you see me doing 500 Sapate (Indian push-ups), it’s not for show—it’s because those wrestling drills build a level of functional core strength and stamina that machines simply cannot replicate.
