My role as a coach is to guide and push you safely. Here, I'm spotting a client during a shoulder press, ensuring correct form and providing the support needed to maximize the lift and prevent injury.
Before every heavy lift, I start with "Har Har Mahadev". This deadlift is powered by more than just muscle; it's about channeling inner strength and faith. This is the mindset we build.
Technique is everything. This video demonstrates the standing low cable row, a key exercise for building back thickness and definition. We focus on controlled movements to properly engage the muscles.

My Training Philosophy: No Hawabazi
