I don't ask my clients to do anything I haven't done myself. Here is the reality behind my own training, the consistency I build in the gym, and the discipline it takes to see real change.

This is my own transformation. From a skinny beginner to the physique I have today, this journey was built on years of consistent training and disciplined nutrition. I've walked the path, and I can show you the way.

Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, not just 90 minutes in the gym. This collage shows my physique during a competition prep, highlighting the shredded conditioning and muscle definition that can only be achieved through relentless dedication.

Just keep moving. This video shows a quick look at my own workout and the results of consistent effort, from a bicep curl in the gym to checking my ab definition and back progress.

Built, not born. Every workout is a chance to build on yesterday's progress. This clip shows me getting a good arm pump at the gym, a testament to consistent training and dedication.

The "Don't Quit" shirt says it all. This is the mindset required for a real transformation. Here I am, focused and ready for the next chapter in my fitness journey.

A side profile showing the physique that comes from never quitting. The work I put in every day is the foundation of the coaching I provide to my clients.

You have to be the one to push yourself. This video shows me hitting a tricep pushdown and flexing in the mirror. I lead by example, showing the results that come from self-motivation.

Getting back on track after a break is crucial. This mirror selfie captures the starting point of a new phase of training, ready to build and improve.

Checking the progress. A shirtless mirror shot to assess my current conditioning, focusing on the chest and abdominal muscles. This is part of holding myself accountable.

Another angle to track my progress. This physique update shows my arm and oblique definition. Consistent self-assessment is key to making adjustments in your training and diet.

About Practice What I Preach: My Fitness Journey

Real transformation isn't about expensive supplements or fancy gym gear. It is about boring, consistent repetition. When you train at Throne Fit, I do not just watch from the sidelines. I am counting every rep, fixing your elbow position on those curls, and ensuring you do not drop intensity when the last set gets heavy.
