Results are the ultimate proof of a good process. I am incredibly proud of my client who, after a specialized high-altitude training program, successfully completed the grueling 42km Ladakh Marathon.

I don't believe in copying random influencer workouts for kids. Whether we are correcting posture after long hours of online school or teaching an 11-year-old the biomechanics of a perfect squat, my approach is strict on form and patient with progress. You won't find shortcuts here, just consistent, practical work that builds actual confidence and functional strength.
My training philosophy in North Bangalore is simple: movement quality comes before anything else. Kids today are dealing with new challenges like 'tech-neck' and lack of physical activity, and they need structured guidance that understands their developing bodies.
My Training Programs
- Junior Athlete Conditioning: For young players in cricket, squash, or basketball, we focus on sport-specific mechanics. This includes agility ladder drills for footwork, plyometrics for power, and safe introduction to weight training—always prioritizing biomechanics over lifting heavy.
- Group Youth Fitness: These sessions are about building a base. We use fun, play-based cardio, bodyweight movements, and functional drills to improve coordination, balance, and posture in a 1:6 coach-to-student ratio.
- Adaptive Fitness: I work one-on-one with special needs children, focusing on assisted movement, gait training, and stability. These sessions happen in off-peak, quiet hours to avoid sensory overload, ensuring 100% safety and focus.
The Logistics
I travel across North Bangalore—including Yelahanka and Devanahalli—for home visits, or we can train at a local gym. Discipline is the requirement for all my programs.
