Fitness isn't just a job for me, it is my life. Here is a look at the training that keeps me strong and the mindset that helps me show up every single day.

Just me, posing and flexing in my favorite place. This gym is my sanctuary, the place where I build my own strength and find my focus.

This is my life. The consistent, quiet work that no one sees is what builds the strength that everyone notices. The work never stops.

A glimpse into my life lately. It's a blur of motion, effort, and dedication. This is the process, the daily grind that leads to growth.

A clip of me squatting heavy in the rack. The shouts of "Push!" from my coach are the soundtrack to my progress. This is what it takes to get stronger.

A successful deadlift, followed by a smile and a fist bump. That feeling of hitting a clean, beautiful lift is what I train for.

A quick physique check. It's not about perfection, but about seeing the results of consistent hard work and dedication to my training and nutrition.

About My Journey: Practice What I Preach

I do not just write programs for others, I live by the same principles of progressive overload and disciplined recovery. When you see me squatting or deadlifting in these clips, it is not for the camera. It is me practicing the exact bracing mechanics and bar path corrections I teach at BASE. You have to put in the work to understand what it feels like to fail a rep and recover from it.

Building strength is not just about the numbers on the bar. It is about the mental shift that happens when you realize your body is capable of more than you thought. Whether I am hitting a new personal best or struggling through a difficult session, I document it to show you that the journey is rarely linear. It has ups and downs, just like any other business or life pursuit.

At BASE, we focus on functional movement patterns because I want you to be strong for life. That means prioritizing form over ego. You will see me prioritizing depth in my squats and control in my deadlifts, which are the same standards I hold for every client in my semi-private or 1-on-1 cohorts. I teach the technique so that one day, you will be independent enough that you do not need me anymore.

My approach is holistic because you cannot heal a body that you hate. We work on your sleep, nutrition, and stress levels alongside the barbell work. If you are looking for a place where you will be pushed, held accountable, and treated with respect instead of being sold a quick-fix scam, you are in the right place. Let us get to work, yaar.

I am Arnima, and I built BASE because I was tired of a fitness industry that profits from making you feel small. Here, we do not do crash diets or shame. We lift heavy, eat real food, and focus on becoming stronger versions of ourselves, one session at a time.
