Our Process for Beginners

If you are nervous, you are in the right place. We start with the basics: stance work, how to move, and how to hold your ground. We keep the groups manageable so our coaches can actually see what you are doing and help you adjust. If you like the vibe after your first session, we have flexible monthly or quarterly programs to help you build consistency. No ego, no intimidation, just progress.
