About this collection
Our Foundation Program is built on non-sparring fundamentals, meaning you can learn proper stance work, basic combos, and escape mechanics without the pressure of fighting. You show up, we teach you the basics, and you get a real workout while building the physical confidence to handle yourself.
Most gyms make you feel like you need to be an athlete before you walk through the door. We think that is backwards. You come here to get fit, not because you already are. Our beginner programs at Koramangala, Indiranagar, Sarjapur, and JP Nagar remove the guesswork.
We focus on mechanics first. You will spend time on the heavy bag, learning how to throw a punch, how to guard, and how to move. There is zero ego here. You are training alongside people who were in your shoes just a few weeks ago. We do not do 'hard sparring' in these sessions because our goal is to build your confidence and muscle memory, not to test your chin.
We also make it practical. You will learn to spot trouble, hold your ground, and use basic movements that actually apply to real life. Whether you are coming in to shed stress after a long day at work or you just want to learn a skill that feels real, this is where you start.
