About this collection
The biggest hesitation for most people is the fear of walking into a 'pro' fight club. Here, we skip the intimidation. Our quarterly foundation program is designed specifically for people with zero experience—we focus on stance, breathing, and movement mechanics for the first few weeks, not sparring. You are building the foundation at your own pace before you ever put on the gloves for real.

We started Kia Kaha because fitness should be an experience, not a chore. If you’re bored of lifting weights alone, you’ve come to the right place. We combine boxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ into a curriculum that makes you move with purpose.
What You Can Expect
- Beginner First: Most of our members started right where you are. We teach you how to stand, how to punch, and how to stay safe. You don't need to be fit to join; you just need to show up.
