Nutrition and Supplement Coaching in Mumbai
Your workout is just half the battle. If you aren't fueling right, you are spinning your wheels. I help you dial in your macros and supplements to actually make those gains.
A crucial part of any strength program is proper supplementation. Here I am reviewing a product to ensure it meets the nutritional demands for muscle recovery and growth.
About Nutrition & Supplements
Most guys overcomplicate the supplement game with expensive powders they do not need. I look at your daily intake first, your protein, your satiety, and your energy levels, and only add supplements that actually fill a gap in your performance or recovery. You do not need a massive stack. You need a plan that works with what you actually like to eat.
Macros that actually make sense
Forget strict, boring meal plans that make you hate food. I look at your total daily energy expenditure and set your protein, carb, and fat targets based on your goals, whether you are cutting to lean out or bulking to put on size. We track it, we adjust when progress stalls, and we make sure you are eating enough to recover from our sessions. If you are training for powerlifting or just want to build a better physique, your food is the fuel for that growth.
Supplementing for results
You will see a lot of noise in the supplement industry. Most of it is marketing fluff designed to empty your wallet. I stick to the basics. If you are training at Impact MMA or fit4elite with me, we only look at what works. We prioritize electrolytes for hydration, creatine for power output, and quality whey if you cannot hit your protein targets through whole foods alone.
My Nutrition Philosophy
Training is just half the battle. If you ignore your nutrition, you are just wasting time in the gym. I take the guesswork out of your diet so you can focus on lifting heavy and hitting your personal bests. No magic pills, just consistent habits and data-driven adjustments.
