My Fitness Transformation and Training Journey
I do not believe in shortcuts or hype. Here is how I stay consistent, track my numbers, and push through the grind every single day.
A progress check in the locker room mirror. Staying accountable with visual tracking is a huge part of any fitness journey, showing the real results of your hard work.
A quick posing routine to check muscular development and symmetry. This helps identify which areas are progressing well and which need more focus in upcoming training blocks.
The scale provides objective data to complement what you see in the mirror. Tracking weight is a simple but effective tool for managing a cut or a bulk.
The grind doesn't stop, even during wedding season. Finding time to get a session in, no matter where you are, is the key to long term consistency and progress.
About My Progress & The Grind
I do not believe in guessing. I track my weight, mobility, and lifts every single session because numbers do not lie. This is the difference between spinning your wheels and actually making progress. When you hire me, we stop guessing and start training with purpose.
My philosophy is simple: steady, relentless progress. Whether I am hitting a heavy set of deadlifts or adjusting my macros to maintain size during a busy wedding season, the work does not stop. You will see me logging weights, checking symmetry in the mirror, and hitting sessions regardless of my schedule.
What you see here is the result of applying that same discipline to my clients. We focus on:
- Data-Driven Adjustments: I do not just write a program and leave you to it. We track your progress weekly to adjust volume and intensity.
- Consistency Over Perfection: Life happens. You will have travel, work, and bad days. I teach you how to stay on track regardless.
- Real-World Strength: No vanity workouts. We train for functional strength and hypertrophy that you can actually use.
If you want a coach who lives the life and brings that intensity to your sessions at Impact MMA in Colaba, let's get to work. No excuses.
