The scale provides objective data to complement what you see in the mirror. Tracking weight is a simple but effective tool for managing a cut or a bulk.

The grind doesn't stop, even during wedding season. Finding time to get a session in, no matter where you are, is the key to long term consistency and progress.

About My Progress & The Grind

I do not believe in guessing. I track my weight, mobility, and lifts every single session because numbers do not lie. This is the difference between spinning your wheels and actually making progress. When you hire me, we stop guessing and start training with purpose.
