Everyone wants to bowl fast, but most give up. Injuries, wrong advice, and half-hearted effort are the main reasons. If you’re only quick in the nets but can’t do it in a match, selection nahi hone wala (you won’t get selected). You need to upskill and commit for real results.
My Approach: Tez + Smart Bowling
I don’t just teach you to bowl fast - I teach you to bowl smart. Going 100% every ball is a shortcut to injury. We work on effort control, rhythm, and building your game for the long run. Especially for U-16 and U-19 cricket coaching, I focus on gradual speed enhancement drills and consistency. Wickets matter more than just speed.
Speed Leak Kahan Ho Rahi Hai?
Your bowling action is a chain. If one link is weak, poora energy leak ho jata hai (all the energy leaks out). I’ll help you spot and fix those leaks with proper bowling action analysis.
- Run-up and rhythm: No more counting steps. We find your natural stride and build power with sprints and tempo runs.
- Non-bowling arm, wrist, head position: Each part matters. Drills target accuracy and stability.
Asli Mehnat: Off the Pitch
Bowling is just 40% of the game. The real hard work is off the pitch - core strength, bodyweight training, and mental toughness. Injury prevention for bowlers is a big focus, so you stay fit and confident under pressure.

Online ya academy mein (online or at the academy), I give you the drills and the roadmap. You have to put in the work. Dekhna kam karo, kaam karna start karo (Stop watching, start working).

Humare yahan fees maaf karna sabse badi victory hai, lekin reason tumhari gareebi nahi, tumhari mehnat honi chahiye. Jab coach khud bole, ab fees mat do, samajh lo sahi track par ho.
