I break down the science of speed. We work on everything from your run-up rhythm and backfoot landing to your brace leg and non-bowling arm action. The goal is to build sustainable speed, fix technical flaws like a collapsing wrist, and prevent injuries through smart training.

Athlete Conditioning & Injury Prevention

Being a cricketer is being an athlete. We build functional strength with bodyweight exercises, improve agility with footwork drills, and focus on crucial elements like mobility, flexibility, and proper nutrition for recovery. This is how you play longer and stay injury-free.
