I don't teach shortcuts. Whether you are struggling with pace or finding the middle of the bat, we fix the technical flaws and train the mindset for real match impact.

(Hero Item) Forget just running laps. To increase your bowling speed, you need explosive power. This is how we build it with specific drills like harness running for rhythm and medicine ball throws for upper body strength. This is smart, targeted training.

You have great timing but no power in your shots. Sound familiar? It's likely a weak core or a poor bat swing. We fix this by focusing on fundamentals like backlift and generating power from your hips, not just your arms.

If your head position is unstable, you will leak pace and lose control, no matter how hard you try. I teach you how to maintain a stable head through core stability exercises and specific bowling action corrections, which is crucial for taking wickets.

The real work starts at 4 AM when everyone else is dreaming. While they dream, you build your reality. This is the mindset required to become a champion. There are no shortcuts.

The training pays off where it matters: on the scoreboard. This is a shoutout to my student Anshul Gupta for his brilliant 91 not out in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. This is what happens when hard work meets the right process.

Big biceps don't win matches, a strong core does. We build a foundation of functional strength with exercises like planks. This stability is the key to generating power in your batting and bowling, and it's what keeps you balanced under pressure.

Hear it directly from a student. Somasatya came here to improve his batting, fitness, and fielding, and he found the support and guidance he needed to elevate his game. My academy is built for dedicated players like him.

Stop chasing quick fixes like gym aesthetics or Instagram-friendly drills that don't translate to the pitch. My training focuses on the raw biomechanics of your action—fixing wrist collapse, backfoot stability, and hip drive—because that is where actual speed and power come from. You are not here for fluff; you are here to understand why your current effort isn't yielding wickets or runs.
