Schedule & Practice
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions weekly (Weekend intensive or weekday evenings).
- Nets: Group sessions primarily on Astro-turf and Matting wickets.

Fitness & Support
- Conditioning: Basic agility ladders, sprints, and warm-up routines.
- Coaching: Directed by Assistant Coaches with Senior Coach oversight.
- Gear: Access to standard training-grade leather balls.
Full-Time Elite High-Performance
Professional Regimen
- Frequency: 6 days a week (Tuesday-Sunday), 3-4 hours daily.
- Center Wicket: Match simulation scenarios (Powerplay/Death overs) on full open ground.
- Turf Access: Priority daily practice on natural turf wickets.
Sports Science & S&C
- Analysis: Periodic biomechanical video review for technique efficiency and injury prevention.
- Gym: Full access to on-site gym with cricket-specific power lifting programs.
- Cognitive: Reflex training using visual cues and colored cones.
Career Pathway
- Selection: Eligibility for NICE teams in KSCA leagues (U-14 to Senior).
- Mentorship: Strategy sessions on career path and mental conditioning.
- Equipment: Usage of high-grade leather balls and bowling machine access.
1-on-1 Biomechanics & Video Analysis
Diagnostics
- Tech: High-frame-rate video recording from Front, Side, and Back angles.
- Analysis: Breakdown of joint angles, stability, and release points.
- Risk Check: Identification of stress fracture risks or chronic pain indicators.
Remediation
- Duration: 60-90 minutes dedicated with a Specialist Coach.
- Prescription: Specific corrective drills to fix mechanical flaws.
- Review: Immediate video overlay feedback showing error vs correction.

My Story
We’re Arjun and Kiran, and NICE isn’t just a cricket academy, it’s a mad, happy family. Our players, like Shreyanka Patil, come in with big dreams, sometimes limping, sometimes laughing.
