Pricing Guide
Beginner Batting Foundation
Training Specifications
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions per week (alternating days/weekends).
- Duration: Approx 2 to 2.5 hours per session.
- Ratio: Group coaching (approx 1:15) led by assistant coaches with periodic head coach checks.
- Surface: Strict access to Cement and Matted wickets to ensure consistent bounce for basics (No turf access).
Technical Drills
- Fundamentals: Correction of stance, head position, and backlift.
- Drills: Underarm drive drills and defense sharpening for patience.
- Equipment: Extensive use of Synthetic and Tennis balls for safety and reaction time.
- Footwork: Cone-guided foot placement and no-bat drills for alignment.
Fitness & Facility
- Conditioning: Shadow practice for muscle memory and agility ladder drills.
- Important Note: Daily DDA Sports Complex entry fees (approx INR 50-100) or monthly membership cards are mandatory and payable separately to the facility.
Advanced Turf & High-Performance Program
Elite Structure
- Frequency: 5 to 6 days per week (Full-time commitment).
- Duration: 3 to 4 hours daily including fitness and nets.
- Surface: Regular access to Turf Wickets (Grass pitches) for match realism.
- Lights: Includes access to evening practice sessions under floodlights.
Advanced Modules
- Analysis: Periodic video recording to identify energy leaks and backlift issues.
- Pace Handling: Practice against Sidearm throwers (simulating 130kmph+) and senior fast bowlers.
- Spin & Power: Drills on rough patches for turn mastery and hip-drive drills for six-hitting.
Simulation & Fitness
- Scenarios: Target chase drills and pressure situations with consequences for getting out.
- Conditioning: Weighted sprint intervals and core strength work for hitting balance.

My Approach
- Positive intent is everything. You gotta look to score, not just survive.
- Hard work is non-negotiable. If you’re not getting picked, aur mehnat karna padega (you’ll have to work harder).
- Watching the ball is the golden rule. I’ll repeat it till you get it.
Foundation First
- Head position comes first. We use mirror drills and videos to fix it.
- Footwork improvement for batsmen is a must. We sort out issues like playing across the line and get you moving right.
- Timing matters more than brute force. We use all kinds of balls to get your timing right.
- Bat swing and follow-through - we drill this till it’s natural.
Power & Adaptability
- Power hitting drills for the modern game. We train your whole body, not just your arms.
- Spin bowling batting techniques and handling swing - you’ll learn to read bowlers and play late.
- Short balls won’t scare you after our sessions.
Match-Ready Skills
- Match simulation practice - we create pressure situations so you’re ready for the real thing.
- Strike rotation is drilled till you can find gaps in your sleep.
- Batting mindset training - we work on mental toughness, not just technique. Dekhna kam karo aur kaam karna start karo (Watch less and start working).

Meri inspiration hamesha ek aise insan se aayi hai jo khud struggle se utha tha, excuses nahi diye. Main bhi waise hi believe karta hoon - mehnat, discipline, aur Bhagwan par bharosa. Humare yahan fees maaf karna sabse badi victory hai, lekin reason tumhari gareebi nahi, tumhari mehnat honi chahiye. Jab coach khud bole, ab fees mat do, samajh lo sahi track par ho.

Basics Pe Dhyan - Action ko analyze karte hain, natural action ko respect karte hain, speed badhane ke tricks nahi sikhate.
Smart Training - Sirf hard work nahi, smart fast bowler banana sikhata hoon. Kab effort lagana hai, kab nahi, yeh samjhata hoon.
Mindset & Psychological Sessions - Frustration, overthinking sab aata hai. Visualization aur pressure handle karna sikhata hoon.
Match Simulation Practice - Scenario-based practice karte hain, taaki match pressure mein choke na karo. Instagram speed se selection nahi hota.
