About High-Performance Cricket Training
What Drives Us
Cricket is more than just a game for us - it’s about pushing limits and chasing real improvement. If you’ve already nailed the basics and want to play at a higher level, this is where you step up. We don’t sugarcoat things. If you’re not ready to sweat it out, this isn’t your spot.
How We Train
We go deep into advanced cricket coaching for competitive players. Every session is packed with drills that break down your technique, whether you’re a batsman or bowler. For batsmen, we work on front foot play (front foot se aake play), balance (balance itkondu), and facing the bowling machine at serious speeds. Bowlers get focused work on seam position, arm speed, and rhythm. When you nail it, you’ll hear a “Well bowled da!” from us.
We run cricket match simulation training, so you learn to read the game, rotate strike, and handle pressure. Mindset matters - we train you to bounce back from setbacks and keep your cool.
Fitness is non-negotiable. Expect agility drills, sprints, and strength work every session. Our turf nets and bowling machines are ready for you.
Who Coaches You
Our panel includes ICCA Level 2 certified coaches and Ranji players. We know what it takes to get selected for KSCA zonal selection preparation - our students have done it.
What You Get

My Story
I'm Praveen. Out here at Willow Sportz, you’ll hear me shout 'Well bowled da!' or 'Top hand tight!' all day. I believe anyone with passion can become a cricketer, not just the naturally talented. I’ve seen regular kids turn into KSCA zonal selection players with pure hard work. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or already smashing runs, if you’ve got the hunger, we’ll build the rest together.
